The Navy’s Virtual System Command (VS) consisting of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Supply Command (NAVSUP), and Space and Naval Warfare Command (SPAWAR) has leveraged the successes and efficiencies of the NAVSEA “SeaPort” business model to design “SeaPort-e” to be the vehicle of choice to obtain engineering, technical, and program management services from ACME and our subcontractors. All members of the Virtual System and the other services listed below, as well as their subordinate commands, with contracting warrants may exercise this vehicle.
